Sue Curtis Lewis Salas

Sue Curtis Lewis Salas- Sue Salas, 67, was a Denton, Texas Native who peacefully passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Bonner Clyde Curtis “Blackie” and Margaret Beyette. She is survived by her children: Loundon Lewis of Sweeney, Texas; Heidi Lewis of Denton, Texas; Jesiah Salas of Miami, Florida; and Matt Salas of Los Angeles, California. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Hannah Speight, Sage and River Lewis, Billy Hinckley, and Brandie Wright. Sue was surrounded by family and friends at the time of her death and throughout her life. She was a free spirit who loved nature. She was talented; she not only created art but also played the guitar and piano. She also collected Native American artifacts (arrowheads) and tattoos. She adored her children and her grandchildren. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. ~Q A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Saturday, January 27 at 2:00pm-4:00pm at 2 Charlies 809 Sunset St. Denton, TX 76201.
