Harvey Edwund White

On Sunday, August 18, 2019 Harvey White, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 60. Harvey was born on June 8th, 1959 in Odessa, Texas to Harvey C. White and Doris White. He married Cathy on August 24, 1985 at Bible Baptist Church in Odessa, Texas. Harvey was a dedicated caterpillar mechanic worker, serving 13 years at Warren CAT, 21 years at General Machine, and 5 years at Viper Tech Services. Harvey was preceded in death by his father, Harvey C. White, his mother, Doris, and his nephew, John “John John” Hutcherson. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Cathy; his devoted son, Aaron; his stepdaughter, Tonia Moore; his brother and sisters, Afton White, Deloris Sanchez, and Pam Hutcherson; his nephews, Wade Long, and Dwight Sanchez; his nieces, Amber Long, Melanie Conant, Mallory Tozier, Dannielle Epure, Hailey Hatcher, Sophya Fuentez and Selena Gatica; his grandchildren Brittney Quinn, Katie Moore, and Mikaela Moore and his great granddaughter, Shaylee Stricklen and great grandson, Little Robert. Harvey loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed camping and being outdoors, and he had a soft spot for animals. He especially loved their two little Yorkie Poos, Jasmine and Peyton. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 31st, 2019 at Bible Baptist Church on 2801 Lola Drive at 2pm.
