Jessica Marie Stephens

Jessica Marie Stephens passed away August 10, 2019 in Ft Worth, Texas after a long battle with cancer. Her Celebration of Life will be held at The Met Church in Ft Worth on Thursday, August 22nd at 2:00 p.m. Jessica was born February 28th, 1973. She graduated from Haltom High School where she was active in choir and drill team. She married her high school sweetheart, Jeff Stephens, on May 23rd, 1993 and made their home in Haltom City. Jessica studied nursing at Tarrant County Community College. She worked for 21 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Patient Care Technician in Fort Worth at Harris Hospital in the labor and delivery floor. Jessica loved being with her family and friends watching movies, traveling, solving crimes and mystery’s and singing and dancing to 80’s music. She was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Nascar. Jessica is survived by spouse Jeffrey Stephens, daughters Catrina and Cayley Stephens, sister Shonda Hetherington and fiancé Jeff Hermon, parents Terrie and Robert Randle, Grandparents, Donald Ray, and Maxine Prater, Father in-law and Mother in-law, Ralph and Nola Stephens and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family of Jessica Stephens wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr Young and staff at The Cancer Center, all the staff who helped take care of her at Harris Hospital and the staff at James L West Community Hospice. In lieu of flowers we would love to see donations to one of the many breast cancer foundations who provide much needed support to others. Exactly how Jessica lived her life.
