Richard M. Cox

It is with deep sorrow that we announce Richard M. Cox has entered heaven's gates on February 26, 2020 at the age of 88. Born and raised in Gainesville, TX and a longtime resident of Fort Worth, TX. His hobbies included driving around Fort Worth, watching good ol' westerns on TV and liked to work crazy puzzle books. He was preceded in death by his wife of 34 years Ruth Cox, brothers Nugent, Newsome, and Ben Cox, sister Marcene Beazley and parents Marion and Ella (Ward) Cox Richard is survived by his daughters Paula K. Cox and Stephanie A. (Cox) Hogue, brother John Cox and wife Joy, sister-in-law's Cherry Cox, Ann Kirkland, Sandra Thompson and husband Robert. Viewing will be held at 11:00am and Services will be 12:15 on Saturday February 29, 2020 at Alpine Funeral Home - 2300 N. Sylvania FT Worth, TX 76111 (817-834-4116).
