Christopher Bransom

November 5, 1989 — December 19, 2015

How do you sum up a person like Blake in just a few sentences? You don't. Blake was love personified. He was joy, peace and harmony to others who were also in pain. He was a friend to all. He loved, appreciated and accepted everyone just the way they were with no judgement. He was a dreamer, always searching for deeper meaning in this life. He was always on a journey and he deeply believed that things always happened for a reason, never believing in coincidences and chance.

Christopher (Blake) Bransom, age 26, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015. He was born on November 5, 1989 in Arlington, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Mansfield, Texas, and recently lived in Crowley, Texas.

He is survived by his Mother, Carrie Ann Morgan, Brothers, Chase “Morgan” Bransom and Cameron Jacobs, Grandmother, Judy Baker, Father Eric and Tonya Bransom, Sisters, Megan, Katlyn and Jordan Bransom, and aunts, uncles and other loving relatives.

Blake attended Mansfield High School in 2008.

Blake was always searching for beauty and found it in everything and everyone. On his journey, he effected everyone who crossed his path. He left an imprint on us all. He saw God in everything. When you saw a beautiful sunrise or sunset, there was Blake. He often referred to himself as a "star child" and would gaze at the stars in wonder, awe and love. Blake loved God. He knew Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Blake had a profound passion for music and was a very gifted, self-taught guitar player who expressed his feelings through his music, art and writing. Everything he felt, moved through his soul, and released through his hands, so he could share it with everyone to the best of his ability.

Blake was full of laughter and had a very mischievous side. Blake would want for you to show someone a random act of kindness, or just give to someone in need, maybe donate some of your time to a shelter and show those who may not remember, that love and kindness still exists.

So when you think of Blake and find yourself feeling sad, stop and look up at the stars, find the brightest one twinkling, and just remember Blake's smile.

A memorial service will be held at Grace Church, 880 W. County Road 714, Burleson, Texas, on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
