Pamela Lou Coleman

May 27, 1950 — January 29, 2019

Pamela Lou Coleman of Burleson, Texas, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday January 29, 2019. She will always be remembered as a loving and selfless wife, mother, daughter, sister, Mema and friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born May 27, 1950 in Lubbock, Texas to Billie Louise and Lloyd George Chambliss. She graduated from Trimble Tech High School in 1968, where she met then later married the love of her life Elvin Bryan Coleman on December 1, 1969.

Pam was devoted to God throughout her life. She taught Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and prepared countless meals during Children’s Church Camp for 17 amazing years.  She read her bible often and had many bookmarks of scriptures she loved to read.

She enjoyed making crafts from crocheting blankets and doll clothes to painting light switch covers with her mom. Each month Pam and her Mom would travel to Bowie and Canton to attend the Trade Day Markets.

Preceded in death by her mother Billie Duke and her beloved son Bryan Charles Coleman.

Pam is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bryan Coleman of Burleson, Son Wayne Coleman and wife Theresa of Hurst, son Brock Coleman and wife Crystal of Fort Worth. daughter Traci Gomez and husband Paul of Haltom City, daughter in law Jennifer Coleman of Saginaw, brother Monte Chambliss and wife Joan of Burleson, Sister Gayla Churchman of South Carolina, 11 grandchildren; Tommy, Johnathan, Kylie, Rebecca, Patrick, Breann, Cheyenne, Jewel, Dillion, Colton, Martin, numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends.

Celebration of Life: Graveside Service 3:30 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 2301 Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth Texas 76111

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday, February 1, 2019 at Alpine Funeral Home 2300 N. Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76111.

Pallbearers: Brock Coleman, Wayne Coleman, Paul Gomez, Anthony Logozzo, Patrick Ryan, Johnathan Coleman
