Sonny Angel DeLeon

Sonny Angel DeLeon was born on August 4, 1985 in San Bernardino, California to Samuel and Sylvia DeLeon. The DeLeons moved to Fort Worth, Texas when Sonny was just six months old. He passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021.

Sonny was a kind and loving son, brother and uncle. He was active in Troop 43, a Boy Scout Troop based in Fort Worth, Texas. He attended Arlington Heights High school. He was a musician and loved his dog, Sky.

Sonny is survived by his father, Samuel DeLeon Sr., his mother, Sylvia Ann (Sanchez) DeLeon and his brothers Samuel DeLeon Jr. and Adam DeLeon, his sister in law Stephanie DeLeon and four nephews, all of Benbrook, Texas. 

Sonny will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. He was a light to those around him and his memory lives on in their hearts. 

The family will be holding a viewing at Alpine Funeral Home on Sunday, February 21, 2021 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Graveside burial service will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas on Monday, February 22nd at 11:00 AM.
