Allison Jean Stokes

Allison Jean Stokes was born on May 13, 1979 in Gainesville, Texas. She passed away in the early morning of October 11, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 45. 

Allison was a creative and artistic person. She loved to create quilts and to do hair and make-up. She enjoyed posting on Facebook and telling her loved ones how much they meant to her with her posts. She was the life of any party or get-together but her favorite thing was to be at home surrounded by her family. She was a fighter and had overcome so many obstacles in her life. She became a devout Christian and she loved to share her love for the Lord. She was an amazing daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She was even like a mother to others including some of her sons’ friends. She will deeply be missed and forever cherished. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Lee Stokes; sister, Mandy Stokes, and grandson, Wesley Stokes. 

She is survived by her three sons, Levi Stokes and wife, Kyleigh of Fort Worth; Edgar “Tre” Bellah, III and wife, Mahagoni of Lewisville; and Blaine Lopeman also of Lewisville; mother, Cindy Ann Stokes and husband Danny Anderson of Fort Worth; sister, Heather King of Azle; grandchildren, Leanna, Emilia, Kalem, Cedric, Nevaeh, and Iveigh; maternal grandmother, Lena Chavez of California; former spouse and friend, Erin Lopeman; best friend, Jennifer Latham; niece and nephews, Komfert, Cian, Landen, Aiden, Alaina, Jaci, Tabitha, and Ricky; and numerous extended family members and friends. 

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Williams and Lucas Funeral Home located at 517 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76111 with funeral service in chapel at 3:00 P.M.
