Beverly Dennie Ramsey

Beverly Dennie Ramsey, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, dedicated cosmetologist, and devoted Christian, passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 79. She peacefully joined her father John Byron Dennie, mother Dessie Marie Dennie, son Russel Wayne Dodd and many siblings in heaven, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love, generosity, and faith. She is survived by her three siblings: Joyce Calvert, Dessie Young, and JB Dennie, three sons: Raymond Dodd, Ricky Dodd, Randy Dodd who were the light of her life.

Daughter in law: Shanta Dodd and Mary Capps who has always continued to have a close daughter in law relationship with Beverly. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren, Melissa Dehart, Stephanie Covington, Rachael Lowrie, Morgan Dodd, Madison Lechner, Tyler Dodd, Alyssa Dodd, and many great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish the memories of their beloved "Gran." Born on June 1, 1943, Beverly lived a full and vibrant life. She dedicated over 60 years of her life to her passion as a cosmetologist, making countless people feel their best with her skillful hands and warm heart. Beverly was known for her unwavering dedication to her craft and her willingness to offer a helping hand to anyone in need.

 

Beverly was also a woman of deep faith, and her relationship with God was an integral part of her life. She was a dedicated Christian and an active member of Turning Point Church. Her faith was evident in the way she lived her life, treating others with love, compassion, and respect.

 

Beverly's kind heart, unwavering love for her family, and strong faith will always be remembered. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched with her unwavering faith, love, kindness, and professional expertise.

 

As we bid farewell to Beverly, we take solace in knowing that she is now reunited with her son and family in heaven, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts as a source of inspiration and love.

You will be deeply missed and remembered with love, as a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, accomplished cosmetologist, and dedicated Christian who touched the lives of many with her unwavering faith and love.
