River Oaks – David “Bingi” Perez, Jr., 53, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2018, after a short battle with cancer.
Memorial Service: Saturday , April 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., St. Patrick Cathedral. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Patrick Cathedral, 1206 Throckmorton, Fort Worth, TX.
Bingi was born July 29, 1964, to Annie and David Perez, Sr. in Fort Worth. He was a warm and loving person, who loved his art, oldies music, dancing, joking, and having a “cold one”. He lived a full and adventurous life. He was known as a happy go-lucky guy. He always had a smile on his face and brought such joy to all. Those who had the pleasure of knowing him knew what a true and amazing man he was. He was preceded in death by his father, David Perez, Sr., his mother, Annie Perez, his paternal grandparents, Isidra and Martin Perez, Sr., and maternal grandmother, Herlinda Gonzales Velasquez.
Survivors: Brother, Nathaniel Perez and sister, Brianna Perez. Aunts: Martha Perez, Delores Perez, Terre Aguilera and husband Jesse, Stella Bosillo and husband Donald, Barbra Hernandez and husband Roy, Vickie Raso, Elena Perez, Cris Perez and husband Chris Bierlein, Mona Lopez. Uncles: Martin Perez, Jr., Tony Perez and wife Esperanza, David Villasenor and wife Gayla, Bobby Villasenor, Ray Villasenor, Step-mother Dolores F. Perez, step-sister, Sophia Salazar, step-brother, Manuel Salazar, Jr. and wife Diana, close childhood friend, Jesse “Nonos” Gandarrilla, close friend Michael “Casper” Smith, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
