James scummed to a heart attack and went home to his beloved Lord on November 20, 2016.
He was born on August 28, 1948 in Ft. Worth Texas to Versia Day Hewitt and James Robert Hewitt Jr. Bear had two brothers Richard Love and Britton Mallard that proceeded him in death.
James made his life here in Ft Worth where he graduated from Kirpatrich
high school in 1966. He worked for Universal Blue Print company for 20 years. While enjoying a very active life with both motorcycle and van clubs. After he retired from the paper company James began a second career as a cook/pastry chef.
In 1987 James and Frankie Kincheloe were married they remained married until his death. James returned to to school at Tarrent County Junior College to study Computer Programming However James chose a different path he became a licensed pharmacy tech and worked for John Peter Smith hospital.
James is survived by his wife of 29 years Frankie Hewitt. His sister Mary Thompson and brother James Earl. His son Charles Jay and daughter Rhonda Jay-Greene, two grand daughters Ashley Jones and Mary Greene, grand son James {Jayme} Greene, great grand son, Ryland Jones, 2 nephews, 5 nieces, 2 great nephews, 2 great nieces and a host of cousins and friends
