Service; Monday, November 4th, 6 p.m. at Alpine Funeral Home 2300 N. Sylvania Ave. Fort Worth TX. 76111 Born on February 8, 1951 in Cameron Texas; the son of Clarence and Pauline Puente. Johnny spent his youth in Cameron where his heart remained until the the day of his passing. Preceded in death by his parents, Loving Grandparents Valentin and Susanna Hernandez, Sisters; Martina Cortez, Twin, Juanita Cepeda, Susie Feliz Rodriguez; brothers, Fred Puente, Robert Puente, Rudy Puente all of Fort Worth, Henry Gomez of Modesto CA. Survivors: Son: Rick Ronquillo-Puente, grandchildren, LeAhna Kira Les Shea and Juan Francisco; Sisters; Dolores Smith, Rosa Bosquez of Fort Worth, Carmen Valerio of Watauga, Sarah Patino of Saginaw, Ophelia Silver (Mickey) of Brooklet GA; and Connie Paiz of Haslet Tx; Brother, Raymond Puente of Fort Worth; several loving Nieces and Nephews. Johnny had a way of showing his family love not only by actions but also by his words. He wouldn’t miss an oportunity as he walked away from you with an “I Love You Baby”. He was playfully funny and enjoyed reminicing about family and childhood memories.
