Linda Gale Deweese

Linda Gale Deweese was born on March 29, 1944 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Lois Lucille (Rich) Womble and Wesley Wade Womble. She passed away peacefully at home in Haltom City, Texas on February 8, 2025 at the age of 80. 

Linda was a lifelong career hairdresser. She had a great sense of humor and she loved to travel. She enjoyed her crafting projects from crocheting to painting. She also enjoyed her visits to the senior center where she was the social butterfly. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul D. Deweese; children, Bobby Tischler, Vicki Tischler, and Venessa Bryson; and sister, Margaret. 

She is survived by her daughters, Theresa Tischler and Angie Simpson; grandchildren, Mandy McKnight and husband, William; David Rogers; Jennifer Sellers and husband, John Vega; Rachel Sellers; Alishia Tischler and husband, Robert Holtsclaw; Jessica Tischler; Lauren Simpson; and Julie Simpson; great grandchildren, Robert, Dillion, Abbie, Bella, Jacob, Isaac, Lydia, Kane, Blaise, and Emma; great-great grandchildren, Oliver, Maxton, Everleigh, Zoey, Amilia, Everlee, and Kenslee. 

Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon on Friday, February 14, 2025 followed by a funeral service at 1:00 P.M. at Christian Center of Fort Worth located at 4301 NE 28th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76117. Interment will follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville.
