Michael “Blake” Pitarro was born on April 15, 1989, in Arlington, Texas and passed away on August 29, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 35.
Blake was a hardworking, loving father, beloved son, brother, and friend to all. You could always count on him to bring light to any situation by cracking a joke or with his infectious smile. He could be found in his man cave, playing video games, or watching football, especially his LSU Tigers. He had a pure heart and an admirable willingness to step up and help others. He has made a lasting impression and will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
He is survived by his son, Braiden Pitarro; partner, Jaimie Reagan; children of his heart, Isabella Zenteno, Jacob Brammer, Kaisley Jett, and James Ramey; parents, Sal and Carole Pitarro; brother, Bryant Pitarro; and brother, Brent Pitarro and wife, Lauren; nieces, Brylee Pitarro, Blakely Pitarro, Maggie Pitarro, and nephew, Harris Pitarro; maternal grandparents, Don and Ann Spatafora; and paternal grandparents, Barbara and Jay King. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Sal Pitarro, Sr.
A celebration of life will be held at 6:30 P.M., Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Fellowship of the Parks Church located at 9900 N. Beach Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76244.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made in Blake’s honor to a cause near and dear to his heart, Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA).
