Paul S. Smith

Paul S. Smith was born in Dallas, Tx on September 9, 1942 and passed away this Tuesday September 24, 2019 in Arlington, TX. The family will be having a service at Alpine Funeral Home in Ft. Worth followed by a reception at 3017 Honeysuckle on Saturday September 28, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Bert and Grace Smith and son Ray Smith. He is survived by his loving wife Janice Smith, Sister Beverly Silk, 4 children Penny Cortner, Robert Miller, Heather Banks and Ashlynn Brooke and 10 grandchildren as well as 2 great grandchild. Paul graduated from North Dallas High School in 1960, he produced a record with his band in the 60’s, went on the become a Sears manager, he retired after many years, business owner in Hewitt, worked in a Casino in Biloxi MS, moved back to Ft. Worth and worked 10 years in the music department at Barnes and Noble. Paul was best known for his love of people, playing the piano and any other instrument he tried and well as his sense of humor.
