Steven Marcus Burch

Steven Marcus Burch, 54, of Saginaw, Texas passed away on February 25th, 2022. Steve was born on May 26th, 1967 to Kenneth Ray Burch and Linda Kay Redding Burch in Plano, Texas. He graduated from Haltom High School in 1985 and went on to work for USPS. In 1993, Steve met Beth at Winn Dixie. From then on, the two were smitten. Steve and Beth had two children together, Rebecca Crystal Burch and Steven Marcus Burch Jr. Steve was looking forward to retiring in the Summer of 2022. He enjoyed watching sports, gambling, dabbling in the stock market, and so much more. He was truly a lifelong learner and always the life of the party with an unmatched sense of humor and larger than life presence. Steve was predeceased by both of his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Elizabeth Marie White Burch. Daughter, Rebecca Crystal Burch and Fiancé, Justin Dutton. Son, Steven Marcus Burch Jr. and Fiancé, Ariel Parker. He also left behind a precious granddaughter born December 21st, 2021, Miss Emery Janelle Burch. Steve was the proudest “Poppy” and looked forward to plentiful “Peanut and Poppy” adventures. We will all miss his wit, wise words of advice, and overall presence. The Visitation will be held at Alpine Funeral Home on Friday, March 4th from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock. Funeral Services will be held at Alpine Funeral Home on Saturday, March 5th at 11 o'clock. Final Resting Place: Mount Olivet Cemetery
