Valerie Faith Cafferty

Valerie Faith Cafferty, age 60, passed away on June 23, 2022, in Saginaw, Texas.   Valerie was born in San Antonio, TX on January 20, 1962, and soon after adopted by William H. Cafferty and Helena Faye Cafferty   Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by her cherished son, Michael William Devin Cafferty, Louisville, KY, her brother, Michael William Cafferty, Harrogate, TN and her stepmother, Jeanette G. Cafferty, Kerrville, TX.   Also left to mourn her loss is her longtime beau, David Bird, and her constant four-legged companion, Bowser along with uncles, aunts, cousins and numerous friends.   Growing up her passion was ballet and studied for many years. She was an avid football fan and enthusiastic gardener of herbs, vegetables and flowers.   Valerie was a graduate of Texas Christian University and dedicated employee of American Airlines, Dallas Texas. In past years she worked for the Army and Airforce Exchange Service, relocating her to California, Germany, and back to Texas. Valerie was also employed with Radio Shack Corporate in Fort Worth Texas.   Memorial Service will be held Monday, July 25^th , 11am at Alpine Funeral Home 2300 N. Sylvannia Ave. Fort Worth Texas 76111.   In lieu of flowers, donations to your local SPCA would be appreciated in her memory.
